Delivery across the Gulf
la3eb.ae is an online gaming store based in Dubai, operated by United Games LLC. We deliver to all six GCC countries: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery is free on every order, whichever country you are in.
How ordering from the Gulf works
- One store, one price list. Every product is priced in UAE dirhams (AED), with VAT included where it applies. Your card is charged in AED and your bank converts the amount to your local currency at its own rate.
- Pick your country at checkout. The address form lists all six GCC countries. Choose yours, enter your address and phone number, and pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Shipped from Dubai. Orders are packed from our Dubai stock and sent by courier to your door. You get an email when your order is on its way.
- Import charges outside the UAE. Orders delivered to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman may be subject to import VAT or customs charges in the destination country. These are set by the local customs authority, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in our prices.
What we deliver
Consoles, games, controllers and accessories for PlayStation 5, including the PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X|S and the Nintendo Switch 2, plus PC gaming components and collectibles. Every item is a new, sealed retail unit, and games are the same editions sold in UAE stores.

Free delivery to all seven emirates. No import charges apply.
Saudi Arabia
Free delivery to addresses across the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar. Prices are in AED; any Saudi import VAT or customs charge applied on arrival is paid by the recipient.
Qatar
Free delivery to Doha and addresses across Qatar. Any import charge applied on arrival is paid by the recipient.
Kuwait
Free delivery to Kuwait City and all governorates. Any import charge applied on arrival is paid by the recipient.
Bahrain
Free delivery to Manama and across Bahrain. Any import charge applied on arrival is paid by the recipient.
Oman
Free delivery to Muscat and addresses across Oman. Any import charge applied on arrival is paid by the recipient.

Yes. la3eb delivers to all six GCC countries, and delivery is free on every order.
Which currency do I pay in?
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and your card is charged in AED. Your bank converts the amount to riyals, dinars or rials at its own exchange rate.
Will I pay customs duty or VAT when my order arrives?
Not in the UAE. For Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, the destination country may charge import VAT or customs duty on arrival. The charge is set by the local authority, is payable by the recipient, and is not included in la3eb prices.
Are the games region-locked?
PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 games sold by la3eb are the editions distributed in the UAE and are generally not region-locked, so they play on consoles bought anywhere in the Gulf. Downloadable content and online services follow the region of your PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo account.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@la3eb.ae within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once confirmed, we replace the item or refund it in full. See the refund policy.
