Delivery time

Orders may take 7 to 14 business days to arrive, counted from the day your order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates. Couriers, public holidays and busy periods can add time.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. The delivery options and fees for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are sent once the product has been released and has reached our stock. The delivery time above starts from that point.

Your delivery details

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. The courier may call or message you to arrange delivery. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details.

If an item is out of stock

If we cannot supply an item you ordered, we will cancel it and refund you as described in our Refund policy.
