Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of la3eb.ae and to every order placed on it. "la3eb", "we" and "us" mean the operator of this store. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and prices

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery fees are added at checkout.

We work to keep product details, photos, prices and stock levels accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed with a wrong price or wrong details, we may cancel the order and refund you.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the listing, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 30 working days.

3. Payment

Orders must be paid in full using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. See our Shipping policy for details.

5. No returns or refunds

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where we cancel it because an item is out of stock. See our Refund policy.

6. Games, platforms and age ratings

It is your responsibility to check that a game, console or accessory is compatible with your platform and region before you order. Some games carry age ratings. By ordering an age-rated product you confirm that you are old enough to buy it, or that you are buying it for someone who is.

7. Pre-orders

Release dates are set by publishers and manufacturers and can change. Pre-order items are sent once they have been released and have reached our stock.

8. Use of the site

You agree to give accurate details when you order and not to misuse the site, for example by placing fraudulent orders, interfering with how the site works or copying its content.

9. Brands and trademarks

la3eb is an independent retailer. PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and all other product names, logos and brands shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Their use here does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by them.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
