, by la3eb, 4 min reading time
What the Nintendo Switch 2 costs in the UAE right now, what the Mario Kart World bundle adds, and which games and accessories to budget for.
The Nintendo Switch 2 is the most searched console on la3eb right now, so here is a plain answer to the question everyone asks first: what does it cost in the UAE, and what should you budget on top of the console? All prices below are la3eb.ae prices in AED at the time of writing, with free delivery across the uae and saudi arabia
Switch 2 console prices in the UAE
| Option | Price (AED) | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Nintendo Switch 2 console | 1,757 | Console, Joy-Con 2 pair, dock, grip, straps, HDMI cable, AC adapter |
| Switch 2 Mario Kart World bundle | 1,995 | Everything above plus Mario Kart World (full game download) |
The bundle costs AED 238 more than the console on its own, and Mario Kart World is the game most new owners buy first anyway. If you already know you want it, the bundle is the cheaper way in. If your first game is Donkey Kong Bananza or a Zelda, buy the plain console and pick the game separately.
What is actually new on Switch 2
- A 7.9 inch 1080p screen with HDR and up to 120 Hz, up from 6.2 inches and 720p on the original Switch.
- 256 GB of internal storage, eight times the original Switch, with microSD Express cards for more.
- Up to 4K output when docked on a 4K TV, and higher frame rates in supported games.
- Joy-Con 2 controllers that attach magnetically and can be used like a mouse in supported games.
- GameChat voice and screen sharing with friends through the new C button.
- Most original Switch games still work, so an existing library carries over.
