Please read this policy before you order. By placing an order on la3eb.ae you agree to it.

All sales are final

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds for a change of mind.

Before you pay, please check that each item is the right platform, edition and region for you.

If an item is out of stock

Stock moves quickly. If an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will cancel the order, or the part of it we cannot supply, and refund the amount you paid for it to your original payment method.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 30 working days of the cancellation. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to show the money in your account.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty on arrival, or is not the item you ordered, email support@la3eb.ae within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. Once we have confirmed the problem we will replace the item or refund it in full, at your choice.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
